Clear Talk

You get what you pay for in a service. 4G speed is very intermittent unless by a phone or window when inside. Hotspot frequently turns off. I've tried 2 phones and they both show okay quality but disconnects often. I can connect my computer, but streaming from xbx1s and Wii, connection is very slow. Staff is amazing when dealing with issues. They were honest in their mistake and fixed it right away! I applaude the management for building such a great network of customer service agents. Everyone is well groomed, the store is clean, and the entire staff is well organized. They know their products and all accessories we purchase were very productive.

Had this phone service since i've been Lubbock(3 1/2 years) and the customer service here at this particular store was SO bad I changed my service from Clear Talk to Boost Mobile.

O can never get internet pay for it and don't get it clear talk really sucks I will be switching services very soon

Well this is a crying shame .. Poor customer service and the phones suck.
