It’s pretty simple. I called they came they drilled hit water and fixed us up! Every time I have called they have been there within reasonable time! Would definitely recommend them in the future! Thanks for all your help in our new build journey!

We contacted Mark to install the well & pump on our land, we made an appointment with him and he didn't show up as scheduled twice, that was the first clue of not being professional and not a good characteristics of an honest business owner. When he finally showed up, he didn't finish the work and only half way through, he demanded full amount. We told him that, what if you don't show back up and finish the work, he replied was "I had been screwed in the past before". My response to him was that what about us too, if you don't show back up, we are getting screwed too. After the work was done, we contacted him about the warranty and question him why was the well house was not build to protect the well during the winter, keep it from freezing. We hired Mr Bates to dig a well for us he showed up when he was supposed to got the job done was very courteous as was his wife that took my call when I originally called to get a quote, definitely will refer him and his company anytime anyone needs a well dug!!
