Needed a new alarm for my septic. Perfect job done and everything is working great. Caryl the Office Manager is very responsive and caring! My man Chris the technician did a great job, very friendly! If you are in the area and have septic, I highly recommend!

Clearwater has maintained my septic system for the past five years for preventative maintenance service. They recently caught a pump about to fail right before Thanksgiving and saved us from what could have been a major disaster with family in town. Great company and crew!

I never write reviews but the business practices of this company are so bad I felt compelled to share. We called them because of a strong septic odor in our yard and we were curious about our options to improve the smell. They said they would send someone out tomorrow to install a charcoal filter. They said the visit would be $300 and immediately asked for a credit card. We thought that was a lot of money but we figured they would provide us with a solution on their visit. Their employee showed up - he was very nice but he could not provide us with an aesthetic solution to the problem and instead showed us online options to fix the smell. The basis of this review is solely on their customer service. While I cannot speak to their quality of work, as they could not do the work for me, it is on their willingness to work within the local community to help someone in an emergency situation. My septic pumps failed and I had septic water flowing into my basement. I had the tanks pumped at midnight by another company, but they do not do repairs. They recommended Clear Water Industries. I called and they sent someone to investigate the problem and provide an estimate at a charge of $300. It took a day to get someone out to look at the issue, then another day to get me an estimate. Do not hire this company for annual service contracts on your septic system. Should you ever decide to stop using them and work with one of their competitors, they will notify your town's respective Board of Health, informing them that they are no longer under contract with you. "Use us and no one else otherwise we will report you." Horrible tactics to try and keep you from going elsewhere.
