We have been using Clear Defense Pest Control of Chattanooga since we moved into our new home in 2020. They do a great job each time they visit and are very responsive to any additional issues or requests. They treat inside and outside the home depending on what is needed at the time. Their technicians (JJ and Gage) are always professional, timely and friendly. They send out reminders before each visit just in case you may need to reschedule. Today I had my quarterly pest prevention service from Clear Defense. My technician, Chance Hodsden, was great. He was prompt, a good communicator, careful and thorough with his application, but especially KIND. He took a moment out of his busy day to make sure he didn’t harm a little, green frog that hangs out on our porch most days. Chance knew Froggy was not a pest. I recommend Clear Defense. They actually do what they say they are going to do - a rarity these days. And if you’re lucky, Chance Hodsden may be your technician. He’s a good guy!

JJ Hood just left us sitting on the couch our watching finding Nemo with our toddler after what felt like a 3 minute visit, and my husband and I looked at each other and said “we’re never switching to anyone else.” Honestly I said, “Whoever is handling their hiring is finding the cream of the crop guys” because theyre just so sweet, quick, friendly, and out to do a good job and not inconvenience the home owners. So props to your HR team, because you’re finding the right people, training them with what matters (skill, knowledge, education and customer service) who in turn, keep the customers coming back.
