We have been in the process of restoring our 1896 Victorian home for over a decade now. In those 10 years, Jeremy and Clearview Construction are by far the best professionals we have dealt with. Jeremy Is knowledgeable, honest, and responsive to every question, concern, text message, etc. Jeremy’s timelines were surprisingly quick and completely accurate. His description of the process was spot on and never once did the work run over the quote he provided. Clearview not only replaced the traditional asphalt roof on our garage, but also repaired our metal porch roofs, slate shingles on the main structure, and reconstructed entire box gutters—which is not an easy task. We are beyond impressed with Clearview Construction and will always use them in the future for any projects we can.

Over the years I have hired many contractors, some good, some okay, and some who are downright frauds. Recently, I had an unfortunate encounter with a contractor I hired to disassemble a chimney and remove a bee hive that had been built inside the chimney. This particular contractor did not tear down the chimney properly or seal it off correctly and ended up causing thousands of dollars in damage to our home. I immediately called Jeremy from Clearview Construction (which I should have done from the start) because he had previously done excellent work on repairing water damage in our mud room. I can't say enough good things about Clearview Construction. They completely replaced the roof on our historic 2nd Empire French Mansard home with such skill and professionalism. The crew kept the worksite clean, were always responsive and timely and took great care in restoring the roof on our home. Jeremy was able to explain everything in a way that I could understand and even went to the Architectural Design and Review Board to help me get the change in roof materials approved. I recommend them to everyone, no one compares to their outstanding abilities.

Clearview Construction is the best contractor we have used since purchasing our historic home ten years ago. Jeremy, Oscar & their crew are top notch. They have relined hundreds of feet of box gutters, repaired flashings, and did a completely new slate roof on our carriage house. When we moved in, it rained inside in one spot of our house. Clearview was the 8th contractor we hired to diagnose and fix the problem and we are FINALLY dry! They are quick, put in long days to get the job completed and leave the place as clean as it was when they arrived. Most importantly, they are friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Highly recommend!

My personal experience was phenomenal! In the past Clearview Construction Company replaced my roof and the most recent project was vinyl siding.
