Our property management team has been working with Clearview Washing for gutter cleaning across several of our properties, and they have consistently delivered excellent service. In May 2025 I hired Clearview to do a soft wash of my home which resulted in shocking damage to and loss of the plantings around my house. Three twelve foot green giants and several ornamental trees and rose bushes are singed brown on the side adjacent to the house. Most of the potted plants on the patio looked like a scene from Chernobyl when the job was finished, they were absolutely fried. The crew apologized and attempted to rinse the plantings but there was no reversing the damage. The strong bleach smell of the solution used lingered long after the work was done. Manager Jason addressed my concerns by email but ultimately failed to respond to the photos sent. Clear view was awesome. The guys were outstanding. My deck looks brand new and my gutters were done very throughly and professionally. They showed up on time and prepared. No gimmicks. Just professionals and I would definitely use them again. I highly recommend them.

We always use Clearview for our windows and exterior house cleaning but we also had Clearview shrink wrap all our outdoor furniture this year. Kevin and Joel did a fantastic job.
