Clearwater Composting

I normally go and dump my compost on Saturdays and I'm normally greeted with a smile and a very nice lady at the window. but this past weekend I had to go on Sunday and I was greeted with a not friendly lady who said my registration wasn't good enough for proof of address? I didn't mind finding something else, but the way she acted about it made me almost feel as if she was belittling me.Then she made me back up 4 different times because I "wasn't on the scale" when my weight didn't change from the first time I was on it. From here on out I will continue to go only on Saturdays when I'm not treated as if I'm incompetent.

We've been going here for years and we give them our drivers license to prove we live locally so we can drop stuff off for free. This time around they said they needed a utility bill and they don't accept your drivers license. We obviously didn't have a utility bill on hand. I called and I asked... "how do you know that the utility bill is ours and not someone else's if you won't look at our state issued ID?". She said "I am just doing what our company requires". Then proceeded to tell me that its been that way for years. I must be living in a different demension because I have used my ID every time. Don't go on a Sunday I guess? Every other day we have gone there hasn't been an issue. Oh, and take a utility bill (that they don't know is yours) just in case because they wont accept anythin

My wife and I were struggling to unload some big pieces of wood by hand. An employee of Clearwater Composting came right over to our aid and quickly drug out the heavy pieces. Please Thank Nathan for being our hero today.

I believe her name is Amber, at the window is always pleasant and smiling. They are professional and I actually enjoy going there.

Amber is always friendly and very helpful. Have enjoyed working with her the past few years.
