Thanks! to the Staff, Manager, Service Tech, Laura from Clearwater Service, and Marquis Spa. I purchased a Marquis Spa in Oct of '21. Love my Spa, but not everything we purchase lasts forever or works perfectly. Almost a year after purchase it stopped working. It took awhile, but They made good on their Warranty. My Spa is working and I am enjoying it, Thanks to those who helped!

My wife went by there today, we bought small pool for starter till next year get big pool possibly from them base on reviews. They ask some questions about saltwater use for our small pool we want need to set it up. Told her to use Clorine tablets cause we have small pool, seem don’t want further help or guide about Saltwater. They seem will help you more if you buy their one of their pools. Well we plan to for next year, oh well not…..we get somebody else

My experience at Clearwater was nothing short of amazing! I’ve never owned a pool as an adult so I had no idea what chemicals are needed and how to care for one. Amanda was my tech who tested my water and wrote a VERY detailed list of everything I needed, what to do, how to do it and when to do it. I asked a million questions and she never got annoyed with me. (Or at least didn’t show it 😂). I’m so grateful that she took her time in explaining everything to me. I now feel confident in keeping my pool clean. I highly recommend this business for all your pool needs whether you’re experienced with pools or just starting to learn like myself.
