Clearwater pools

I had a great experience with these guys as part of a team working with Adirondack Basement to move a pipe so the other workers could access a window that needed to be replaced. They came out to assess the situation, and made helpful energy saving recommendations while onsite at no additional charge. They were flexible, even during the holidays, accommodating a new schedule when the renovation got moved up due to the windows shipping earlier than expected. I also thought of another issue I needed help with - to remove old oil pipes that were no longer in use. They noticed and fixed additional problems like lack of a trap and clean out valve. Absolutely love these guys the crew is very nice and they came out right away and resolved our problem so quickly.. this time of the year to loose heat and for them to fix it this fast is a true blessing thank you again

They closed our pool in the fall and failed to use winterizing chemicals. They removed cover in spring pool was dark green, which I had never seen it like that. They failed to bring the bags of salt required for the pool, nor did they bring and shock treatment nor did they install pressure gauge on filter and left the hardware on the ground. So for $240 all they did was take off the cover.

I’m not one to typically write a review, but I feel the need to here. I wouldn’t waste your time here, nobody knows how to communicate with each other or customers. Numerous times I was told “I’ll check and have someone call you back” and nobody did. But worse than that I have now had TWO appointments for someone to come to the house and fix the problem, both times I took time out of my day to make sure I was home and not once did anyone call me to say they wouldn’t make it! Very unprofessional.

Bought a pump system expensive and didn't work correctly. They wouldn't help charge extra for little work. Very rude!!
