Wally is a good man. You can trust him to do the job right at a fair price. He explained to me why I did NOT need a new well, as another company had told me, just a system upgrade. He also tested the system methodically and found trouble the other company missed (pressure tank). He loves his job, that’s why he’s so good at it. Highly recommended.

This is the second time we have had service from Clearwater Well Services and again received excellent service. Both Walter and Natalie push themselves to the limit to get the job done and manage to remain cheerful under challenging conditions.They are experienced, knowledgeable and good communicators keeping you well informed. Great service to show up next day on a Sunday and replace a well pump that quit. Good to work with as we figured out how to pull up a well pump 140 feet from a well put in a garage...no roof access. So very glad to get that fixed.

Clearwater is amazing! First of all, Wally spent time over the phone with us to troubleshoot (basically free phone support!). Then he rearranged his day to come out on a SUNDAY and spent most of the day getting our well up and running properly. Yes, our 18 year old pump went bad, but our well was in terrible shape and Wally saved us from having to drill a new one. See pics of the mess he cleaned out of our well. We now have crystal clear water even without our 20" filter or softener running! This guy is so generous with his time, knowledge and is extremely reasonable in his pricing. We had a great time learning about our well and just in general how wells work. Wally went above and beyond a regular service call and I would recommend his expertise to anyone on a well in his service area.

Wow, just wow!!!!! Wally and donnie are amazing guys! I called Wally yesterday for low water pressure, he was going to try and get out to me then. Of course he’s swamped with work and we scheduled for today. Seriously the two best men i have ever encountered. Any question i had or doubt they addressed and reassured me with knowledge and hope. We needed our well cleaned out and they installed a new pump and pump line. Very thankful the well was able to clear up and have water in it still so we are able to have amazing water tonight. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!! 10/5 stars if that’s possible.
