Justis and crew built us a great building! From planning to building then subcontracting out the cement and overhead door they delivered exactly as promised. Would definitely recommend Justis and Cleary buildings.

Very poor quality construction, roof has leaked from day one. After numerous calls and several employees looking at the roof, (one even had to borrow my ladder to get on the roof), finally got them to replace several panels, TWENTY OF THEM, and the roof still leaks. At some point their people squirted caulk on a lot of the screw heads for an attempted fix. The last employee that was up there said he couldn't believe what he saw. He said he would try to get the repair done right but has since left the company and failed to follow through with his report before leaving. Getting a hold of someone to try and get this resolved is challenging.

Kept saying they sent an email, they did not. I stopped while in town, to get a quote,. It was the strangest business encounter I've experienced. Did get verbal quote, nothing in writing.

Strung us along for weeks, saying the proposal was being worked on, then suddenly stopped returning phone calls. Really left us in the lurch. If you don't want the work, just say it, already.
