I used this cleaning service one time and was very disappointed with the quality of the cleaning. Several areas were clearly missed, and the job did not meet basic expectations for a paid professional service. When I raised my concerns, I was only reimbursed half, despite the fact that the service was not done properly. On top of that, they are still charging my card for a recurring payment even though I am no longer using their services and did not authorize continued billing. The combination of poor cleaning, partial reimbursement, and unauthorized recurring charges is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend this company and advise others to monitor their billing very closely if they choose to use them.
