Technician has always been super considerate, careful, and friendly! Scheduling has been super flexible and within reasonable time schedules. All pest issues I had stopped as soon as I began using Cleggs, though they always reiterated they would return if anything concerning popped up!

Run!!!! Do not hire this company!!!! As a military spouse there are times that I have to handle all accounts and concerns. My husband has previously called and added me to the account because appointments should be confirmed with me it seems that over the months this communication was lost and they couldn’t have the manager contact me directly and wanted to only speak with husband. I have been calling for the past 3-4months for re-sprays and they do but I still see live bugs. I have voiced my concern to the technician and his response “the rain washes it away” like it’s no big deal. We’ve been with this company since 2022 and have only recently started having the reappearance of bugs. From initial contact to a job WELL done! Clegg's employees were courteous, professional, and straight forward. BEST service for prices cheaper than the other guys. Can't go wrong with a family-owned business when it comes to customer service. :)

I’ve been dealing with Cleggs for 5 years. I really appreciate the service they provide, I love all the technicians & they do an amazing job each time! I wanna thank them for always keeping my home pest free. I’ll definitely recommend anyone who is looking for quality services, but also honest & respectful “bug killers”!!

Our experience with Clegg's has been wonderful. They are always professional, courteous and pleasant to work with; always backing their products and taking care of any problems quickly. Be sure to ask for Larry when starting your contract. He is awesome.
