So happy and relieved! Gregg was incredibly professional and the communication was amazing. Since I currently live 5 hours away and rent my home out while in graduate school, I was sent photos and timely updates. It was such a relief to get amazing work here in Fayetteville, especially after buying a home that has a lot of lemon work done to it - which constantly has little 'surprises' pop up. The cost is reasonable and well worth the reliability, outstanding workmanship, and warranty!

Came out on a last minute evaluation before this upcoming winter storm. He explained everything so I could understand it and went through all the steps I need. He is truly a blessing! Absolutely recommend him for all the chimney cleaning needs. Very honest and straightforward.
