George was extremely excellent with his service call. His communication skills are outstanding. He provided photos which is an excellent service for making any type of service decision. The photos shows the customer what needs to get done by Clemmer Services. George took his time and explaining all the issues regarding my heating and air and ducts. He also did his best to work with the pricing. I can truly say that I never had someone so knowledgeable and explaining what I needed to get done, including prioritizing my needs. George did an excellent job servicing my A/C. He arrived on time and was very professional, he was extremely friendly from start to finish. He took the time to explain the issue clearly and walked me through the solutions. George was also very clean and respected my home he also made sure his work area was neat and left everything exactly as he found it. He worked efficiently, answered all of my questions, and made sure the A/C was running perfectly before leaving. I truly appreciated his honesty, cleanliness, and positive attitude.
