Karls and his crew are amazing! They did a total gut and renovation of my first floor and brought my vision to life with superb craftsmanship, expertise and courteous service. Friends and family are amazed of the before and after. I am excited to have them come back for future home improvement projects.

Karls redid our wrap around deck and added a roof with a screened in porch over the back part. He went above and beyond to make our vision come true. Unlike other contractors, Karls will work with materials and design styles his customers like and he gives great advice on how to put your ideas into reality. Karls is so above the generic "Home Depot" style of home remodeling, he can make your particular idea come true within your budget range. We always wanted a modern deck and his roof design idea was perfect. Now we have a open, airy, yet fully screened in and protected outdoor loving room and we couldn't be happier! We already hired him for more projects and we wouln't go with anybody else. He is trustworthy and kind and if you have any remodeling needs, we would 100% recommend him.

Karls and his team did an excellent job helping us with our home renovation! They were professionals who seemed to have worked together for a long time and took pride in their work. Karls brought a lot of creative design ideas to the table to help us with some of our decisions, and we couldn't be happier with the results. He only seemed to work with sub-contractors he trusted, and the entire crew was helpful and respected our space while they were there working. We will be sure to call Karls if we want to work on any future renovations.

Karls and all his crew did a great job remodeling our bathroom. On time and on budget. My wife and I couldn't be more pleased with how the bathroom turned out. They gave us a reasonable quote and went above and beyond. I will definitely use them again for my next project.

Clever Home is the best!!!! We had a very tight timeline for our kitchen renovation and Karls did exactly as promised, and on budget! His team is so kind, considerate and talented!
