Chet and Phil did a fine and thorough job seeding my entire 2.5 acres with Bahia and wildflower seeds. The seed coverage was dense I saw as Chet overlapped his sowing pattern. Loved that! And then when he used the roller, he did the same to bury the seeds. Many crisscross patterns. I was fortunate to then have a nice downpour of rain the next day. Now it's cross-your-fingers time waiting the next couple of months to germinate.

I could not begin to recommend Chet and Phil more highly. I recently retired to my grandparents home that I bought 31 years ago. It required a LOT of work with many challenges. Chet came out and walked around the yard with me. He listened to everything I said about what to get rid of and, most importantly, what to keep. My Grandfather planted all the azaleas. Phil removed debris then bush-hogged around two-acres, the next day he carefully weed-whipped around my home, shaped & removed deadwood from the azaleas. My home looks 1,000% better and they are on deck to mow. DO NOT HESITATE to hire CHL, honest & hard-working is (sadly) hard to find. They are in spades!

Chet and his crew are first class A++. They came out and gave me a very fair price to clean up, drag out, seed and roll an acre of ground in Old Town. They were very dependable, reasonable and professional! They say what they are going to do and they do it!!! Good guys!!
