We had our system checked today by David. Being super new to Florida and zero knowledge of septic tanks we had many questions. David was so generous with his time and patience. He was friendly, super knowledgeable, understanding of our concerns, and more. He answered all of our questions with clarity and provided demonstration so that we understood how our septic tank works. Had septic pumped out today 10/17 by Barry and cannot thank him enough for the prompt arrival on time, friendly personality and information that he provided. I tried to stay out of his way but being a new homeowner, I was interested in how the system works. Great job, clean work area when he was done and very knowledgeable. Would recommend this company to anyone.

We used this company to service our septic system on September 8th of this year. Their technician, Barry, documented on the pump work order that the tank condition was okay, the sludge was light, and that no problems were noted. Less than three months later, we experienced active sewage backing up into our home. I paid for a licensed plumber to come out, who snaked the main clean-out all the way to the septic tank, found no obstruction, and ruled out all interior plumbing issues. His professional conclusion was that the failure is within the septic system. Despite having their own documentation stating the system was okay, despite an active sewage backup (a clear health and safety issue), and despite advertising emergency septic services on their website, the company refused to treat thi

Beware of fine print! Do not use this company! Had a Septic Tank and Drain field installed . They use the state (811) to come out and document your cable lines, and trust them when they break them , they will get you with the fine print! The manager is the rudest ever And will tell you they can’t see in the ground! This is a professional company that can’t see in the ground as they dig your yard up! Don’t Be Fooled!! They don’t deserve a 4 rating.

I have had Cliffs pump my Septic on a previous occasions 8/23. Recently 9/25 I was having issues inside the showers not draining and gurgling in the toilets called a plumber who said the problem was not with the pipes in the house. Had Cliffs come empty the tank 9-8-25 the tech noted that the tank and drain field were ok on the receipt for the work order. December 15th tub and toilet backing up again paid another plumber to tell me the problem was the septic. Called Cliffs they wanted to charge for another septic clean out and wanted to make the appt. For 12-19 in the meantime we couldn't use the shower. After talking to the office they would not come out any sooner and would take no responsibility for diagnosing the drain field as okay in September. Long story short Cliffs does not s
