Jacob is hands down one of the most trustworthy and knowledgeable HVAC professionals I’ve ever worked with. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, transparent, and incredibly thorough in explaining everything he was doing. He took the time to walk me through the issue, provided honest recommendations, and never once made me feel pressured.

After being told by Multiple contractors that our unit could not be fixed and needed to be replaced, We called Clima and it was the BEST decision we could have ever made !!!! Jacob was very friendly, professional and determined to help us! He had our AC up and running in no time and did I mention he came the same day we called! Extraordinary work, and price was very affordable! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!!!!!

Jacob was super friendly and quick. Got to my home 30mins after speaking to him. Fixed A/C with 45 mins. Only charged $75 for service but $425 for approximately $100 for aftermarket replacement part.

I called and left a message, and Jacob got back to me within minutes. He gave me a time estimate and showed up just a few hours later—during a major heat wave, no less. Super professional, polite, and took time to explain everything clearly. He even checked the attic and ductwork to rule out any issues. While my AC problem isn’t fully resolved yet (not Clima’s fault), I was very impressed with the service. I’ll definitely be using them as my go-to HVAC company from now on!
