We’ve now had both our air conditioning and our new high-efficiency heating system installed by Climate Plus, and I can’t say enough about this company. From start to finish, they’ve been everything you’d want in a local business — reputable, trustworthy, and genuinely personable. Alison in the office is a pleasure to work with — always friendly, responsive, and quick to answer any phone, email, or text questions. Joe, the owner, took the time to explain the new system thoroughly and walked us through the utility company’s financing programs with 0% interest — incredibly helpful. And Jerry, the lead installer, is exceptional — skilled, kind, and clearly takes great pride in his work. When a small issue came up after installation, they handled it immediately and with total professionalism

After finding Climate Plus through FB groups & their great reviews - I decided to give them a call. They live up to their reputation. They have been absolutely great to work with. My move into a new apartment was beyond challenging, with multiple changes, delays, and rescheduled service dates for HVAC work and duct cleaning. Joe, Allison, and the entire Climate Plus team accommodated every change without hesitation. Everyone was professional, friendly, and extremely responsive throughout the process, which made a very stressful situation much easier to manage. Their pricing is reasonable and the service exceeded expectations - can't recommend them enough!

The tech, Pedro, who came to my house last evening,to fix my heat was thorough, professional and outgoing. He worked on my system until he got it running after a while bit he didn't quit until he got it working again. Climate Plus is a great company and I would recommend them always.

Technician arrived with the wrong size materials to insulate the pipes. He was to arrive at a particular time to ensure the renter could get to work, and to go back and retrive the correct size would have taken over 90 minutes which was not possible for the occupant. The tech then suggested a work around and double wrapping where possible. Overall, the experience was not good.

Every time these guys come for “maintenance” we end up with new issues. They came for an annual checkup yesterday when things were working fine. This morning we have no heat. This is literally the FIFTH time they’ve created new problems for us and left us worse off than we were. We’re having a big holiday party tonight which we’ll likely have to cancel. Same thing has happened with A/C maintenance. They are quite literally value diminishing.
