These guys wrote the book "Small Town & Unprofessional". I see another reviewer saying they didn't receive promised phone calls, yes! Jaime' and Larry dug around our attic to give us a quote, never to return our call. Are they too good for our business? Once I spoke to Jaime after a half a dozen phone calls to the office over a period of 2 months, he finally called back to say we were "not a good fit" because I said I was concerned about THEIR reliability. Wait, did he want to marry us? We've lived in 5 cities and these guys win the prize. One of the techs got super mad because he couldn't work on a more sophisticated Lennox system and said "I'm never coming back here". OMG. Be warned dear people, you deserve better than this.

We purchased a new HVAC in October 2025, we were really excited to have a new energy saving system, our excitement has turned to frustration. We have called several times about getting the paperwork for our tax credit, we were told Larry would call us back, we are still waiting on the call.The very first night our system was installed we kept hearing a very loud gurgling sound, called and reported it and a gentlemen called us back and said that was normal, we weren't satisfied with that answer so we asked if someone could come check it out.
