Climatech of Professional Air

Fantastic customer service all around. We have an older unit that we wanted to get tuned up so we reached out to Climatech. Our service tech, Devin was communicative, punctual and professional. He did a great job tuning up our unit! He also went over everything he performed and how our unit looked. Although our unit is running well at the moment, we went ahead and requested a quote for a new one so that we can start saving up. Chase Anderson provided our quote. He was also very professional, communicative and provided the quotes in a timely manner. If you are looking for a trustworthy HVAC company this is it!

Both times Bryce came to my customers home (Joan Altorfer), he was wonderful! He was very thorough, polite, knowledgeable, and friendly! She would give him 10 stars if it was a choice! The owners are truly good people and it that goes a long way!

My Technician was one of the best Technicians I have ever had across any repair company in my life. He was punctual, extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and kind. He seemed very seasoned and took the time to explain everything and answer any questions I had. Overall would recommend this company based on the Tech alone. He is a great asset.

I sent an inquiry email that night because the outdoor unit of my air conditioner wasn't working. I received a return email early the next morning, and they rushed over after the last customer with an appointment that evening and successfully completed the repair. Tony at Climatech was hands down the best HVAC encounter I’ve ever experienced. He came out the same day as called and in less than 24 hours the issue was resolved. More importantly was the honesty and trustworthiness Tony displayed. He was able to determine the part was still under warranty ( apx $850). A less reputable company/person could have told me it was out of warranty, charged me the full amount to make a larger profit for themselves. The service call and labor costs were very reasonable especially since we were in a cold snap . More importantly was the service and integrity I received. Thank you very much Tony and Climatech.
