I was disappointed with my experience. I was charged nearly $600 for a heating repair that took about an hour. I later found the replacement part available at multiple retailers for around $40, which reflects roughly a 175% markup. I called to ask if the charges could be adjusted, but the company refused. The pricing felt excessive for the work performed.
