I had some flood damage from the April flood. Chad came out and gave me an estimate and started work after the initial payment. Chad was always available either by phone or text and always willing to work with me on the project. He has an excellent crew and they are very hard working. My project was probably smaller than what he was used to but due to unforeseen circumstances, it turned into a larger one. Chad and his crew just rolled with it and handled everything in a timely manner. I knew he had several projects going but I never felt neglected. I highly recommend CLK Builders.

He did a great job prepping the areas and cleaning up after each day. Chad communicated well and kept me up to date with scheduling and delays. I hired CLK Builders to do a gut-job on a home I just purchased. Chad and his crew were incredible!! VERY professional, meticulous and "PATIENT"! I made changes and additions along the way and they just rolled with it and didn't kill me in pricing! (Chad was great with suggestions too)! They were on-site every single day and even finished my project ahead of schedule. I am so happy with the results, I HIGHLY recommend CLK Builders!!!

Chad and his team at CLK Builders have helped repair my house 4 times now from hurricane damage to flooding complete gut job. As soon as I call for help he is promptly there and has crews working on repairs within 48-72 hours! He is willing to work within budgets and has a perfectionists eye. But if by off chance something seems unsatisfactory to us he is on it to repair it to the costumers satisfaction no questions asked.

I met with this guy "Chad" for a proposal to add an addition to my home. Shows up 45 min. late without calling me. I tried to call him and he never responded. The worse part was he entered my home without ringing the doorbell or knocking on my door. He just walks into my kitchen shirtless wearing dirty sandals and laughing. I explained to him that he startled me and that was dangerous to just enter any home unannounced. It just went downhill from there, he kept rudely interrupting me and making immature jokes. I just did not have time for his antics and kindly asked him to leave. Made no progress with this guy, just a waste of my time. I found him to be extremely unprofessional, incompetent, immature, and lacking common sense.
