Clockwork Moving

We used Clockwork moving for our local move at the end of August. I had heard they were good movers from a friend who had used them, and also read many 5 star reviews online. We were very disappointed that we did not have the same experience for our move. So many things went wrong that it is impossible to list them all. I'll share the highlights. A mover fell through the ceiling when emptying our attic, thankfully he wasn't hurt. Clockwork paid to have that repaired, but it took us multiple trips back to our old house to get this done. 3 pieces of our furniture were broken, a desk, a bookshelf, and a tv stand. Multiple walls were dinged up from being hit with furniture. Two chairs and a mattress were dirty with grease stains or something like that from being in the moving truck. And

Andrew and all of his moving team of Clockwork Moving were absolutely top notch. They arrived slightly before agreed start time, got busy and never slowed down. It was a big move and they were very professional, while personable and careful with our things. We would absolutely recommend using this company with full confidence!

Excellent, professional service. John, Mont and Q, were respectful, efficient, kind, intelligent and professional. They handle the furniture with great care and were very skilled in assembling beds and various other furniture pieces. It was an added bonus that they were funny and had great manners! Also, John's truck driving capabilities were very impressive, he was able to maneuver a very large moving truck with precision and perfect accuracy.

The team at Clockwork Moving did a great job of packing and moving me to my new home. They treated my possessions like they were their own. The team was responsive and very willing to move things around to get me settled. I was pleased with their communication keeping me updated throughout the process. My move was uneventful because of the hard work of the team.

The team was very responsive from the initial quote all the way to moving day. I was very concerned about needing more than 1 truck and they were great about putting together different quotes for both scenarios. On move day, we contractually had to be out by noon and the guys got everything packed up (onto one truck!) well before noon, giving us time to clean before leaving. They did our 3-hour relocation move in one day, which most companies weren’t willing to do. Overall, they did a great job and everything went as smoothly as moving day could.
