I cannot say enough good things about Clog Doc! The owner, Jonathan and his crew, Phil, Francisco and Joe were all super nice and really pay attention to detail. They spent 12 -14 hrs over 2 days really looking inside the pipe, hydro-jetting, snaking, re-jetting and looking again to ensure they didn’t miss anything. Due to the condition of our pipe we went with their re-lining process for our situation. Jonathan and the guys really took the time to show us how it worked and what to expect. They actually use a high-power UV light to set the epoxy liner that they put in place. They are very thorough and Phil is funny as hell! Clog Doc did an excellent job of cleaning the main drain in my house. They showed me (via camera) the condition of the pipe before and after. They went above and beyond and had to work longer than expected. But they stayed until the job was complete. They were friendly, and considerate about cleaning up. I highly recommend them.
