Jesse and his team at Clog Pro went above and beyond to assist us with a backed up sewer line. Within an hour, a Clog Pro tech came out to diagnose the issue and clear out our sewer backup, while also cleaning up the sewage water that backed into our basement. He scheduled us for a sewer scope the very next morning. Jesse came out to take a look at the line and even called the City of Portland on our behalf to get them to inspect the scope video the same day. Jesse and technician Josh were able to clear out the rootball that had worked its way into the line and the line is up and flowing again. I hired Clog Pro to connect my house to city sewer. My home in Vancouver was built in the 1950s and had a septic system rather than being hooked up to the sewer. My understanding is that if the septic tank or drainfield ever needed replacement, the city would require I hook up to the city sewer. I decided to have that done now rather than having to do it in an emergency in the future, or having a future owner of the house deal with it when they wouldn't know what obstacles there are in the ground to have to work around than I do.
