Bob added a three-car garage, master bedroom, mater bathroom, huge walk-in closet, and laundry room addition to our existing historical home (built in 1891). Everything went extremely well and Bob designed the entire project himself. His workers were professional and worked very hard, even on those extremely hot July and August days. The project began in July, with an expectation/hope that it would be finished prior to Thanksgiving. Bob came through and the project was completed before Thanksgiving. Bob's crew also did some other work on the home that I had asked for including a new beam in the already-existing family room, re-shingling a few exterior walls, new gutters, new paint on the old parts of the home, and a few new windows. Bob Clogston and his team built a walk-in pantry over our existing garage. They were always responsive to our requests and weren’t satisfied unless we were. Bob was able to keep costs within budget and on time. I can’t say enough about the craftsmanship of his crew especially his finish carpentry! We were very satisfied with the way the entire project went and would without a doubt recommend him for any project!
