I needed the carpet replaced on my staircase. I went to the Lititz store and the saleswoman was very helpful when providing options for what I was looking for and answering my questions. I took a few samples home to compare with the adjacent flooring and paint with the lighting of my home. When I returned the samples, I set up a time for measurements. Those were done about a week later and that was a quick & easy process. My quote was provided within the next day or two. The price was reasonable. After putting down the deposit online, someone called to schedule the instillation. Carpet was installed about a month later. Everything looks great. I’m happy with my experience and the outcome.

We bought vinyl wood planks for our family and living rooms. It is gorgeous. Our salesman, Steve was knowledgeable about my flooring questions and easy to work. The installers did a perfect job. We couldn’t be happier with our floor and that we chose Cloister Flooring of America. Highly recommend and will definitely go there the next time we need flooring.

Cloister did a fantastic job on our bathroom floor. James came to the house the day after I called to inquire. He was very helpful in explaining our options and helping us make a decision about the flooring. Joel, who did the demo work and installed our new tile, was punctual each day and behaved in a professional and courteous manner. And the floor looks great!

Christina was very good at understanding and finding what we were looking for in the way of carpeting. She was also able to get us ceramic tile we liked and helped us choose the grout color. The installers for both were very good at their job and very personable. We highly recommend them for your flooring needs.

Originally, we had contracted with one of the big box retailers to have carpet replaced in the master bedroom of the house we purchased recently.
