The price is high but no one messed with my car overnight and we had a broke window so that was a bonus. I only gave it 4 stars because if the price. When you have a loved one in the hospital and your spending day after day at the hospital it's not the best place to park. But it's good for quick visits if your not going to be going in and out or spend day after day visiting. I'd even recommend it if you want to park and walk to Bourbon St. It's only a few blocks away. It's pretty clean, it'd be nice to see security patrol the different levels. They currently have construction on the 2nd floor so that part is a mess. Be careful because people drive like maniacs in and out of it. Make sure to park in the lines or they have the option to tow you, it's on the signs so you can't say you

Good covered parking lot, it is open 24hrs. Good fare. I recommend it

Pretty cheap rates. Lots of parking. Not alot of people know about this garage. Only issue is cleanliness. The stairs smelled horrible like urine and there are urine stains in every corner. Please try to clean this

Don't do business here. Like many visitors to New Orleans we had a rental car. Hotels downtown charge a very high daily fee for parking, high like $40+ PER DAY! So, like many before us we looked for parking elsewhere and decided to save even more with monthly parking especially because one week we would be staying in the Quarter, one week with family who might want to visit the Quarter also and when that happens we drive. We paid online and were informed where we would need to go to pick up the pass. We went later and were told by the young woman attendant that she didn't have time, we would have to wait until she could get around to it so come back in three days, on Monday, to pick it up. Mind you she had no cars in line and personal items strewn about but she had no time to do her

The parking garage and location are great. They get three stars because of the system they use to verify a Parking Panda type of ticket purchase. You gave to enter codes and call a number when you get to the exit gate. This takes several minutes and traffic bacjs up behind you. Then people start honking the horn and you can't geaemr the instructions If reserving online, look at other parking garages.
