Closet America

Beautiful work. The company designed and built a large shoe closet in my master bath, a walk in closet in my master bedroom with a large dresser, shelves and areas to hang my clothes and a very large system for my handbags in my smaller closet in my fourth bedroom. Which is my glam room. I am very impressed with the work. Jonathan came on the first install. He installed the bathroom and master bedroom system. He was a very nice, professional young man. He finished in less than 2 hours. Because I had not removed some shelving from the fourth bedroom closet I had to get a second appt. Work was just as good with the next gentleman. I would recommend this company. It is definitely worth the money, a little over $6000 with the discount. You get what you pay for. I love it. Very go

6-7 Months ago We have installed about $100,000 worth of cabinets around out house till date from this company. They keep saying any defect in their manufacturing and is warrantied for life. In the last 1-2 years we observed that the the table top for our study table is now peeling off. On reaching out to the company customer service, they are saying they will replace it with a different color table top. Thats ridiculous. How can you have the rest of the cabinets and the table tops cherry color all matching, and one top of a different color? You can look at the pictures the whole study room is cherry. Does that even make sense? I asked them to do something about it and my query has been open for the last 6 months and no one even cares to respond. How can you trust this company? After 7

Great product…terrible sales and customer service and communication after they get you payment. Especially considering I have an issue that is due to their error. Cancellation same day, no returned call, promises of scheduling dept calling and it never happens. Not concern for a paid customer that they continue to inconvenience. Then they act like the scheduling department is a different entity. Zero help and accountability. These installs are not cheap and mine was damaged when they installed it. They weren’t even going to say anything. They finished and I went to look at the completed service and said what’s this. Only then did he say oh well here’s your options. That’s upsetting and now I’m chasing them to fix it since my appointment to fix it was canceled same day. Scheduling dept was

We have been very pleased so far with our service with Closet America. Meredith was awesome. Very professional and organized. Guided through the process and helped us digitally visualize our installation plan. We would 100% recommend Closet America!

We engaged Closet America to build a closet and storage wall in our mudroom/laundry room. They did some things well, and they didn't do some things well. Overall, am pleased with the result but only because I elected compromise over fulfillment. Their materials are basic and not luxe. Because we landed on white, we didn't need to go crazy with higher-end competitors. Closet America cannot compare to a luxe custom company. I was surprised at the basic, lackluster options for finishes and accessories. The designer was nice to work with but not thorough. Adding to this was the complication that their diagrams did not show all dimensions (such as the width of some of the build) and everything is metric so you have to convert it. The designer did not listen but thankfully I did the work and
