Closet Factory

Closet Factory just completed an installation for our small closet. We had so much wasted space and wanted to add drawers to get rid of an old dresser. Working with Alicia, our designer and George and Juan, our installers was very seamless and easy. We love the outcome! Thank you for the organized closet!!!!

We enjoyed working with Monica and the Closet Fsctory team. My husband and I had signed an agreement with another vendor when Closet Factorh showed up in my FB feed. We loved the plan designed by them, but I honestly didn’t go any price shopping. I called CF the day before Thanksgiving, and I asked for a ballpark quote on what we wanted. I had one more day to cancel the other contract and I needed an idea of what they could offer. Monica worked me with quickly and gave me rough pricing that gave me the confidence to cancel the other contract. After our more formal appointment, I was able to add two more closets to the project for just a bit more. In addition, CF works with a contractor that can do the tear down and paint/patch. I had a great experience with them building out my master closet. Monica was great to work with on the many choices, layout, size, design, etc. Then the installation team offered a schedule and kept to it perfectly. No surprises, very respectful of my property, and I'm delighted with the result.

I was at a complete loss as to how to design our custom home master closet so I reached out to the professionals at Closet Factory. I worked with CJ to provide her with my many needs for a closet and she came up with a great design that should meet all my needs. After we move in, mid October 2025, CJ said if we needed to add anything such as more shelving, clothing rods, or even little pull outs cleverly hidden for belts or scarfs just give her a call and they can make it perfect to meet mine and my husbands needs. Her attention to detail, guidance and prompt response to my texts made the choice so much easier. Being with me from the beginning to the end made this so much more pleasant and hassle free.
