What a wonderful experience. Nancy Paladino assisted me and she created the perfect closet for me, more than doubled my space! She is so pleasant to deal with and she has great ideas. She took her time and gave me options, which was great. The installation men were prompt, efficient, polite and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Just an overall excellent experience. Highly recommend.

I had such a wonderful experience with Closet Factory designing and installing my custom bookshelves around my fireplace. Kristin was a dream to work with, interested in my vision and so insightful and thoughtful with her expertise (and just a joy). Andrew was wonderfully warm and justifiably proud of his team as he showed me the factory space. Then Grover and Juan Pablo did such an excellent job with the installation, so professional, and the end product was an enhancement to my living room that I absolutely adore. I hated having to wait 8 weeks for it because they're in such demand, but it was well worth the wait.

We are thrilled we our new wardrobe closet. Angela and her team did an amazing job to ensure that all of our needs were met and then some. Absolutely ecstatic with how our newly designed and assembled garage storage space turned out. Our designer, Kayla Z from the Fanwood, NJ location was warm, professional and very attentive to our needs and the solutions we were hoping to achieve with this project. She asked lots of questions for things I wouldn’t have even thought about regarding the details. She spent a generous amount of time documenting and measuring the space to be able to maximize the use of our garage when completed.
