Closet Factory

Closet Factory did an excellent job extending the garage closet they originally built for us back in 2014. The first installation still looks as beautiful as the day it was completed over a decade ago, but we recently needed additional cabinet space. Sharon designed the new units, and she was wonderful to work with—professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. She carefully considered our needs and made sure the new cabinets blended seamlessly with the existing ones, making the entire setup look like one cohesive design. I couldn't be happier with my closet, opening the door to find something to wear is no longer met with dread, my closet is now organized and NEAT......my experience with "Closet Factory" in Houston was fantastic from start to finish. Our designer Sheron Sluiter was incredibly patient by listening to what I had in mind , she then took my ideal used her talent and creative mind and created a useful and organized space I enjoy walking into!!! Matthew ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (Installer; yes they sent one person) Claudette ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (Second Designer) Original Designer ⭐️ Scheduling/Operations ⭐️⭐️ I love the new look of my closet, my installer Matthew did a great job and was super nice and my closet came out great after attempt 2, under the circumstances… This location had me scheduled for a 3 day install at original dates that I previously communicated I could not accommodate, so they reduced it to 2 days after a reschedule and proceeded to send 1 person to do the install forcing him to rush and get everything done himself. Which resulted in them having to come back out to fix issues. They should have kept it 3 days if they only planned to send 1 person. Sheron was my designer and she was great! She did computerized drawings to show me in our first meeting. I showed her all the items we wanted to store and she designed the perfect solution. She also did our Primary closets and we are so happy with them! I highly recommend the Closet Factory!
