The entire process was smooth. From the consultation to the installation. Mario arrived ahead of the scheduled time and proceeded to work efficiently and effectively. He did a great job on my closet. I highly recommend closet factory to do your closets and ask for Mario!

Take your time and pick the right company. I started with another popular closet company but overall wasn’t satisfied with the design and quality of options. I almost decided to not move forward with the projects but regained confidence with Closet Factory. I called Closet Factory and Lily came out and designed solutions for my pantry, laundry, and my master closet. I was very happy with the solutions and financing options provided. The installers came out, removed the old, and constructed the new spaces. The pantry wasn’t completed as expected since the measurements for the cabinet was short by 2 inches. This created a gap in the flooring that we were trying to prevent. With a couple of phone calls, I was presented a few solutions and I decided to have them fix the gap in the floor.

My designer Lily was timely, professional, friendly, listened patiently to my needs, and had great design ideas! Her follow up was great, too. Mario was my installer and I felt very comfortable leaving him alone in my home to do his handy work. Excellent experience!

I am over the top happy with my new closet install by CLOSET FACTORY!! From Alexandra's design to Keith's install to Jill checking in. Everything went perfectly smoothly from start to finish.
