Closet Factory

Heiner did a great job installing a final piece of moulding that was not done on my initial install. Great service and very happy with the final product. I will use Closet Factory for my future closet projects.

Do not, I repeat DO NOT contract this company for closet design and installation. They got my measurements all wrong, after measuring 2x the space and on the day of instalation forced me to pay 40% of the remaining balance because the contract says “when installers arrive on the job site” or they’d collect their tools and leave. Manager tried to put the blame on me because “there was a wall” on way of the measurement, even though the approved and signed design had the correct measurement and the wall was there when the design was made and measured! The most unprofessional, scamming business. They are supposed to deliver the correct size closet but I did have to pay for something that was not delivered yet just because “they arrived on site”.

On July 1st 2021, I signed a contract with Closet Factory located at 1536 South Dixie HWY, Coral Gables, Florida 33146 The work started on 7/26, and was supposed to be done on 7/28/2021. The work was not done, and worker packed up all his tools and left after 2 pm and before 3pm, his usual quitting time. No workers from closet factory return until 8/9. The designer Brook Johnson comes back on 7/30/2021 and stated that she was embarrassed by the work was done to that point. She took photos and writing up a “punch list” while her manager Ashlee was on the phone. She promised the worker who did the installation will not come back again. However on8/9/2021, the same installer showed up. I called the designer, she indicated both manager Ashlee and her did not advise to send the same worker but

Erika from Closet Factory was awesome! If you are looking for a professional company who can get the job done on time you should contact closet factory. I was in a rush as I was moving to a new house and wanted to have closets done before, Erika made it happen, she guided and suggested closet ideas and overall I’m very satisfied with the way both closets came out.

Despite some of the mixed reviews, we had a very positive experience working with Closet Factory . Special kudos to Brook , who did a great job in helping to design and maximize the storage space in our two walk -in and one reach -in closets. On our first round , there was only one installer with some minor challenges and longer installation time , but on our second closet - the installers were efficient , completed it in 1.5 days , without any mess and overall , we are very pleased with the final product .
