I had a fabulous experience with closet factory! Their prices are competitive and in line with what I was looking for. I was very surprised at how quickly they made it all happen - from ideation to completion it probably took about 3 weeks! Emily was my designer and she was AMAZING! So helpful, knowledgeable, and fun to chat with - she really made my small walk-in closet SO much better. My closet is 5x6, so not a large space but I wanted it to feel more organized. She helped me design something that fits my needs. I even asked if she could fit a small vanity in my closet for me to do my makeup and she made it happen and made it look great. I am so grateful and will definitely use them again for future closets!

Working with Closet Factory was detailed, professional, and consultative, and it yielded an amazing closet. Nicole came in and consulted on what is a very tight space and she walked us through an ideal setup to maximize its utilization. Her knowledge on aesthetics, placement and overall function led us to a very successful result. Additionally, there was a small aesthetic consideration that my wife & I neglected to address, our error not theirs, and Closet Factory came out and made the correction for us at no additional charge. 10/10 customer service, result, and overall experience, would highly recommend.

I recently had my master closet custom-designed by Closet Factory, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and truly personalized. My designer, Laurie, was absolutely amazing—she listened carefully to my ideas, offered creative suggestions, and designed a layout that made perfect use of the space. The quality of the materials and craftsmanship is outstanding, and the installation team was punctual, neat, and efficient. We had a wonderful experience and are so happy with our final product. Nicole was skilled, patient, and helpful while in our home creating our closet design plan. She really considered how we used our existing closet and pieces, and determined the best way to maximize the space. The scheduling and payment process was easy, and the installation team (Juan and Ramon!) arrived on time and executed the plans perfectly. We did not think we would be able to have such a beautiful custom closet at the price point we landed on. We are so happy with the quality and aesthetic. A big thanks to the entire team. We had a wonderful experience working with Closet Factory. Makayla and Paige drove 3 hours to come do a consult in our home. They were extremely thorough and it was evident that they really cared about our decisions and preferences regarding colors, hardware, finishes, lighting, etc. Both ladies were extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure our built in units were exactly what we had in mind. Consult to installation was 4 weeks, and the install itself only took 2 days. The finished product looks amazing and we could not be happier with how it turned out! I would definitely recommend Closet Factory to anyone looking to add a personalized touch to their home!
