Excellent service from the 1st time I stopped into to see what it was all about. The designer came out to my home( Iowa side) to see my current nightmare of a closet and asked about my likes/dislikes . I AM NOT a big hanger person so I wanted mostly shelving. My designer, Angie provided a few different plans with varying options to pick from based on my ideas. It was a smooth and easy process. I did have to wait a few months for installation because of others order/installations but it was well worth the wait. It was much more than I could ever imagine. I added a little glam with my chandelier. Do not hesitate! I had priced other closet places and this was much more affordable than the small section display I had looked at. Thank you Closet Factory and Designer Angie Luther. I love it !!!

Our laundry room remodel turned out amazing thanks to Closet Factory, and our designer Amy Fisher. The Closet Factory did a fantastic job on our built-in desk and shelves in our home office. They were easy to work with, incredibly detail-focused, and the craftsmanship is top-notch. He reassured me and even made it easy for me to work from home during the process.
