Closet Factory

Had a great experience using Closet Factory! Our designer Bree was very communicative and we enjoyed the process of reviewing/choosing finishes with her in the showroom. The whole team went above and beyond to complete the work on a fast timeline. Our installers were friendly and professional, and they also did some on-the-spot creative problem solving when a few minor issues came up due to the quirks of our slightly older home. (For instance, we had to install a shelf over a spot where there was a missing floor tile, but the team concealed it so well that you would never know!)

We had the absolute best experience working with Closet Factory. Laurie is truly wonderful and incredibly talented at what she does. Her design work is outstanding, and we greatly appreciated her guidance throughout the entire project. From the closet design to selecting the colors and hardware, Laurie helped bring our vision to life and made the whole process seamless and enjoyable. Our mudroom is now not only highly functional with so much added storage, but it’s also absolutely beautiful. We couldn’t be happier with the result and highly recommend working with Laurie and the Closet Factory team if you’re looking to transform your home into a more functional and stunning space.

Cat was very helpful with changes we made. Installer was professional and kept his workspace clean. We love our new pantry and have zero complaints about the whole process.

We had a great experience working with our designer Elysia Bott and with The Closet Factory. I had planned to call several companies for quotes but I was so impressed with Elysia and her design, that we decided to move forward with her right away. She did a great job designing my small-ish walk in closet to obtain maximum usage of the space, and designed it exactly for the way we live. The installation went off without a hitch as well, and everyone that worked on our space was professional and had excellent workmanship. I wouldn’t change a thing with our new closet!

Outstanding commitment to their product. We bought a house recently and ended up damaging the tilt out laundry basket pins. We contacted Closet Factory to pay to have it repaired- and they offered to fix it for free! Since the closet system was installed in 2013, I was amazed and pleased, not only given the time that had passed but also bc we were not even the original purchaser. No questions asked about how it happened, they just wanted to make sure it was fixed. Great service.
