We had such an amazing experience with Sylvia Rosado with the design and build of our office shelving unit. I showed Sylvia an inspiration picture, but never dreamed it would turn out EXACTLY as I had hoped! We are beyond thrilled with all of the storage it provides. Sylvia was not only knowledgeable and professional, she was so helpful in selecting products and designs that helped us stay within the price point we were comfortable with. Amazing design and installation experience! Diane Pemberton-Smith is a patient, detailed, diligent, responsive, creative designer. Enjoyed collaborating with her to accommodate my unique need to run audio cables through the unit. The installer, Trevor, was also professional, efficient, and neat/respectful of our home. I'm so happy with the final result! Can't wait to get our closets done!

This company charged me $14,000 for the most atrocious looking cabinets. Their installers snickered at me when I pointed out all of the imperfections. They simply told me that nobody else ever notices this. Their vehicle left so much oil on my driveway, that the company offered to refund $200 so I could get a company to clean it. They never refunded the $200. After three weeks waiting, they said they did it again and that I should wait two more weeks before I contact them back. You have been warned. Stay away from this company. The reason why their contracts requires you to sign and initial in so many places to give up all of your rights to chargeback & sue them. They are obviously used to disappointing customers.

5 star experience from start to finish. Diane was our designer and she was great to work with. She put together the perfect design for my office. Thaylon was our installer and he did a fantastic job. Super friendly and he did a very clean install. I highly recommend Closet Factory and especially Diane and Thaylon!

I worked with Sylvia Rosado to design my primary bedroom closet. She was very pleasant to work with and was open to my ideas. I contacted her several times to ask questions about things before the installation took place. She was always very responsive and explained things so that I was able to make a decision on whatever I was contacting her about. My installation was scheduled for two days and Thalon arrived early on the first day. He was respectful of my home and even wore the shoe covers without me having to ask. He worked quietly since I work from home. When he needed to cut things, he performed his work on the driveway and cleaned up very well afterwards.
