I spent 2 months researching custom wardrobes with 6 different companies. Joanie (designer/sales) and Abe (installer) were the only people who came to my apartment for consult. They helped me achieve exactly what I wanted in both design and budget. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommended!

I had an excellent experience working with Arlene at Closet Factory. She designed a custom double workstation desk for a unique space, and it fits perfectly. She thoughtfully matched the cabinets and countertops to my existing cabinetry, creating a seamless, built-in look. Arlene was detail-oriented and thorough throughout the process, and the end result looks fantastic. The installer was polite, efficient, and made the installation a breeze. I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.

This is the second time we worked with Lynn (Designer) and Rocky (Installer) from The Closet Factory. A few years back, we had had our closets, our office built-in and our son's room storage/desk combo done previously and they were so awesome. We received so many compliments from whoever that visited our home. This time, we had a simple built-in built in our eat-in dining room, and, of course, Lynn and Rocky came through again from the beginning to end of this project. It came out so nicely and we are again getting so many compliments again. Lynn would make sure all of our ideas reflected on her design and ensure all the details were correct. Joanie promptly returned my call, visited my home, and offered many thoughtful and creative suggestions that really stood out. Based on her professionalism and design insight, we decided to move forward with Closet Factory. Both the measurement and installation dates were provided early and remained consistent—no unexpected changes or delays.
