I’m so pleased with my new closet!! I have a huge closet but no room for anything! They came in , measured, and designed the perfect closet. I have twice the space and storage! I went from 9 drawers to 23! They listened to my needs and gave me the perfect space. The men installing were wonderful, polite and hardworking.

From first meeting with thoughtful design work and creative ideas. To let’s get this done. To hey here is our date and all follow-up it made it easy. No stress. Then the installer was a pro and yes it took all day but is perfect and added so much value to our home. This is a great functional closet that was just a hang-up my clothes area. 5 Star process.

I can't say enough about Closets By Design in the Austin area! Ask for Lynn Kadilis. She sketches out everything so you will know what to expect. I went thru three different upgrades from replacing the cabinet draws to something more fancy, to glass doors, which I then covered with a film to disguise all of my purses and shoes. The quality of the shelving and cabinetry is very hardy! The guys tore out everything in two closets and installed everything in ONE DAY! The even cleaned up after themselves! The cabinets are attached to the wall which I absolutely love! Everything is so organized now. Lynn had the patience of Job with me and my change orders....but she and her team certainly delivered! We were so very happy with the whole process from the design recommendations, to the efficiency of the installation. Our primary closet turned out better than we had envisioned and we have solved the problem of wasted space.

Process was simple, rep came to my house, drew out the plan on the spot. I had a idea and plan of what I wanted in my head, but she came up with some ideas and enhanced my vision. We end up moving forward with her idea and input. She called and scheduled the install during the home consultation as well. Two guys came the day of, on time, prepared, knocked out the demo and install within 1.5 hours. They do not touch up paint, so be prepared to take that on yourself. Some sand paper, hole patch, and paint will get it done. My only thing to watch out for is installations with corners. This is a modular system so if your walls and corners are not plumb and straight, you may have some alignment fit that you will have to live with. Unless you have a excellent cut man, it will show.
