Closets by Design - Coastal South Carolina

What a wonderful experience! From the second I booked the consultation and the finished product! I ended up doing a ton of research and this was the best company for what I was looking for. My only requirement was the closet had to be on 3 out of 4 walls. I had the IKEA pax system and I had to pick it up and install it. I told myself I would never do that again. For the price of my custom closet it was a bit more than IKEA but worthy every penny for me not to have to carry everything up 3 flights of stairs and install it. I just sat back and relaxed while the guys did all the work. The best part is they cleaned everything up including the parking lot where their truck was. I was skeptical at first with the cost of this project but elated with the results and the discount. Worth every dollar!! Richard and Robert were fantastic installers, perfect gentlemen, and let me know what they were doing every step of the way. The result was gorgeous shelves. Sturdy shelves! Store bought shelving would have never stood up to all my scrapbooking supplies and kitchen appliances. And who knew they caulked and placed molding and reinforced. I can't wait to get my other three closets done. I'm finally able to store things in great places for easy access. Many thanks and much appreciation to my designer, Diane Laplante! Thank you CbD.

We had a great experience with Closets by Design. I requested an appt on Christmas Day for the following week. They messaged me and said someone could come the next day for an appt. Lisa was pleasant to work with. She took measurements and listened to our needs for my closet. We went over possible designs and colors and were given options. The day of install the two men that came finished in 2.5 hours. They did a good job and vacuumed the space when done. Someone called to follow up with us afterwards. Overall, it was a good experience. I will likely use them again for a future project.

We absolutely love our newly installed closet organizer, and the professionals we worked with! 😍 Closet by Design gets 5 stars for the amazing job, well worth it! The designer Kim Petrella listened intently to our unique needs for storage in our smaller home; she was thorough, patient, quick and spot on with her design. We love the in-home design discussion, you see what it will look like right there at the design appt. She provided multiple options and took our inputs for any changes we needed. Her integrity was a big selling point for us, and no canned sales or push for more products than what we wanted. She worked to our budget and the company does everything they can to offer promotions/discounts. Bobby (Robert S) and Jordan were equally amazing. The installation went smoothly

So incredibly impressed with Closets by Design. Mallory came to my home and I admittedly had now idea how to utilize space in my closet. She created a 3D design that was absolutely perfect. She thought of it all (even how big my husband’s shoes were so they would fit on the shelf properly. What I appreciated the most is created an affordable design and didn’t push all the bells and whistles. It’s so nice to work for a company that respects your budget and works with you. Then installers were fantastic too! Their work was so well done and they left it cleaner than when they got there. I will definitely use them again for future projects!!!
