Closets by Design - Jacksonville

My husband and I were so thrilled to have our his-and-hers closets, pantry, and laundry room completed. Mandy did a fantastic job with the design. When she came out, I explained that I wanted to utilize every square inch of space for storage, and she truly understood my vision. She took charge and created a beautiful and highly functional design. Allen did a phenomenal job with the installation, and Cody came out on the second day to help him — great teamwork! We had a small hiccup with the pantry due to the unusual shape of the wall, but in the end, it turned out beautifully — beyond my expectations. I highly recommend Closets by Design - Jacksonville. We had a phenomenal experience!

Lyn previously designed a small walk-in closet for us last year. This time, she designed our 2 Master bedroom closets and did an excellent job. She worked with us for several days and exceeded our expectations with the final design. Mario and Cody were the installation team and they were on time, efficient and explained the entire process before starting. They cleaned up everything very nicely. They were outstanding! Overall, Closets By Design did an outstanding job And they look fantastic!

I am very happy with my closets. The designer Macie listened and most of all cared about the design and my ability to organize my room in the best way possible. She is awesome and an asset to the company. My installer was also super nice and courteous and did a great job! Thanks to a wonderful team as their work was quick, efficient and the final product looks fantastic!

Just had them install slatwall & cabinets in my garage and it looks amazing. Gia Kellus came out & measured everything, gave us a lot of options, and a quote that was very fair. She followed up with all questions we had and was a true professional. The installers Ryan & Juan were curtious, professional, and polite. The attention to detail on the install was top notch. I would recommend them & will be using them again in the future

Mandy took our thoughts, and turned them into reality. A vision of slots for ours baking trays, including the pizza trays, pull out drawers for the heavy appliances (Kitchen Aid Mixer and Blender), and the vision was getting on paper. We accepted our design, set our date, and finally had a chance to meet Steve. The Magician, Steve, commenced work promptly, and the installation was completed efficiently within a few hours. We are highly satisfied with all elements of both closets installed by Closets By Design. We would confidently recommend their services to others.
