We had an outstanding experience with this closet company from start to finish! Our designer, MaryAnn, was absolutely wonderful: patient, professional, and truly dedicated. She put herself in our shoes, carefully listening to our needs and giving expert advice every step of the way. She helped us design three closets, a pantry, and a laundry room that not only look amazing but also make perfect sense for how we live. We recently redid our walk in closet and contacted all the major closet design companies in Raleigh. We settled on Closets by Design Raleigh . Are design consultant was Shannon and she was super to work with, her design was by far the best design presented to us . She not only designed an amazing product but she really worked tirelessly to refine the design with great ideas and she worked even harder getting us a wonderful price . Bottom line, it was the best design at the best price hands down! Amazing customer service , showroom, superb design and installation was highly professional . Working with April was such a wonderful experience. I considered three different vendors, and Closets by Design won by a landslide due to April and her design skills. We have a small ADU where we needed to design a Murphy bed with shelving to also accommodate my work-from-home office/kitchenette space. She listened to my vision and brainstormed with me on several different ways to accomplish it. She was willing to get creative and was also incredibly patient and detail-oriented to get the dimensions just right to work for two very different uses - hosting guests (storing bedding, creating a nightstand with outlets, etc.) and my everyday office space (housing a microwave, coffee machine, vacuum, etc.). I absolutely love how it turned out - both visually and functionally!

My husband and I worked with the fabulous designer, Jeana Zenick. She is amazing. We worked through several different options and through her patience and guidance, we achieved the final design. We are more than thrilled with the results and final outcome. Jeana is the best. We love our closet, laundry room and pantry. 5/5. The quality is excellent. The installation team was also fantastic. We had a great experience. From the initial consultation with the rep, Shannon Puis, to the install with Yoni and Erik. It was a very positive experience. Shannon was very professional and knew the products well. She was never pushy and answered every question we had. Yoni and Erik worked fast and were very thorough in the install. Solid craftsmanship. Quality work at a great price. Would recommend them and use them again.
