Closets by Design - Salt Lake City

We had a great experience with Closets by Design. It started with Claire, who designed the layout and listened to our needs. She recommended smart choices that ended up beautiful and classy. Our installers were Hector and Jamil. They were awesome. Friendly and communicated throughout the process. They also did an amazing job and didn’t rush through it or cut corners. I would highly recommend Closets by Design!!!

Closet by design was great! Hailey the consultant was great. She listened to my wishes and made a great design. It was a small space, but she took the time to figured out what I wanted. Installation was equally easy. Israel Mera showed up on time. I had asked for a text when he was getting close, so I could put the dogs away. Israel did that. He showed up right on time and went to work. He was polite, efficient, and took the time to make everything look exactly as I had imagined. He was super friendly, patient and kind and didn’t mind me taking pictures constantly. He cleaned up everything and left everything clean. He was great!

This company did a great job on deigning my Closets, according to what I need. From the beginning, working with the designer, Camille, she was very approachable and accommodating. The scheduling team was very friendly, and informative of my Closets timeline. In fact, they were able to fit me in three days early. The installer did a great job and I love my closet. I would hire Closets By Design any day.

We bought an older home and the master closet was akin to a college closet. We contacted Closets by Design and met with our consultant Michelle Willis, who took our ideas and matched them with our needs. She worked with us to create a functional layout and a realistic budget. We set a delivery date and Gracie with the production team stayed in contact. On delivery day, exactly in time, Keegan & Bryan - two of the nicest and self-directed guys - showed up. They tore out the existing closet, made adjustments for electrical outlets and vents, installed the backing and shelves, made shims to account for the slanting of the floor, installed all the shelves, drawers, and rods, and cleaned and polished everything. By the time they left, it was immaculate and completely transformed. We are pleased

I would love if I could review each aspect of the process with closets by design separately. Michelle, the designer, came and was wonderful-5 stars. She was thorough, explained exactly what we would need, was very open and transparent and definitely sold us. Everything was going well, they moved our date up and then a couple days before the install tried to move our date back. We couldn’t do the new date so they said they would keep the one we had with a time frame of 8-10 am. My husband waited and no one showed up. Around 10:30 I called the office and they reached out to the installer. They called me back almost an hour later, saying that he had gone to a previous install and would not make it to our house.
