We had an excellent experience with our recent Closets By Design project from start to finish. Our design consultant, Katelyn, was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and incredibly diligent. She really listened to our needs and helped create a design that was both functional and beautiful. The installation was just as impressive. Seth, the closet design builder, arrived on time and was courteous, friendly, hard-working, and extremely focused throughout the entire process. He was also very respectful of our home and took great care to keep everything clean as he worked, which we truly appreciated. Very professional. Designer listened to my needs for each closet and designed them accordingly. The Installer was on time and very good at what he does! Installation looks great! I would recommend them to design and install closets.

Great service and price. I had my main closet and the kitchen pantry done to get rid of those awful wire shelves. The closets were actually installed days earlier that originally promised. They did a very professional job and I am very pleased with the results. I feel like I have so much more space!

I had been wanting to do my master closet for years! Called and they sent Trish to measure and do design choices. Very professional and worked around our clothing to get the measurements. We picked out all the options and were scheduled for install 30 days later. The installer came and was done within 6 hours. He patched the holes from the old stuff and left no trace of his work. Clean as a whistle when he left. They do all cutting in the truck so no mess is left outside either. I love it sooo much! I am a super organized person and this took it up a notch for me!!!
