Cloud9 Cabinetry

We had a great experience with Cloud 9! We brought the measurements of our room and had a complete design by the time we left. we were even knocking down walls and changing the footprint of our kitchen, which was no problem. Caitlyn at Cloud 9 came out and personally measured before we placed our order, just to be sure everything would fit correctly. a few cabinets were damaged in shipping and there was no problem at all with getting replacements. The quality and extra details of the cabinets have made us very happy. They are definitely superior to many other options, yet still affordable. Stopped by Cloud9 kind of on a whim just as we were starting to do research for our bathroom remodel. Cole was incredibly helpful and patient as we examined our options. He priced out our original idea, then casually suggested an alternate approach which ended up saving us several thousand dollars. During our install, we noticed that a spacer had mistakenly been left out of our order, and Cole was able to source one same-day so we could complete our install without any delay. Cabinets are great. We love the soft-close drawers and cabinets. countertops and hardware look great. Really really great experience. Would highly recommend.

I purchased cabinets from Cloud 9 after looking at all of the big box stores. I was in a bit of a time crunch as this remodel was unexpected after a leak in the kitchen area. Caitlyn was very kind and professional and I loved their software where they could make changes easily. Cole was also helpful, quick and kind when we needed additional things ordered. Although we did end up with an extra panel we didn’t need or use and they will not take returns of anything. I did purchase their least expensive cabinet line and their cabinets were also on sale at the time of purchase. I did use their suggested cabinet installer who was a nice person, but I don’t think did the best job. The crown molding is especially sloppy. If you are looking for cabinetry I would highly recommend Cloud9. I worked with Cole and he made the process so easy from start to finish. He had great communication, made the design process to easy, helped with any issues I had and he helped me find the perfect countertops for my project. They have a great selection of style, colors and are reasonably priced. 10/10 recommend, don't go anywhere else.

Cole helped us design our kitchen. We had some untraditional ideas and he was able to work with us to make it happen. We did have a small knick on one of the cabinet doors, but he had a new one shipped out the day we told him about it. He checked in with us throughout the process even though we used our own contractor. 2 thumbs up. Would use again and would recommend Cloud 9 Castleton.
