Cloutier Supply Company Harwich

Their tile is very good but DO NOT BUY CARPET FROM THEM. This review is in regards to wall to wall carpet I purchased at Cloutier’s. The installation was terrible. Within one year, it lifted and bubbled,.(see pics). After contacting them about, third time, they gave me the name of someone to fix it at my expense.

Overall the experience was quite good except for our attempt to return unused boxes of tile. We were told when buying the tile that we should buy extra boxes which could be returned as long as they were in full boxes. The purchase of extra would ensure enough to finish project with same lot. However, we were not informed that the tile had to be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase, which is difficult for a large project that must be completed before you can fully understand how much tile remains. Not pleased to be told to purchase excess which we are now told can’t be returned.
