Very difficult to work with. If they make suggestions and you turn them down or question them, it can make for a very rough selection process. Also, the sample board that they sent me home with and that I loved, they could not provide the full sized subway back splash tiles so I had to go to the little three by sixes. When they told me they didn't have my floor tiles in 12 x 12, I reluctantly agreed to 12 x 24s and regretted it as soon as the floor was down. A 40 plus year old house can have bends and bumps in joists and floors and when the tiles aren't one hundred percent flush from end-to-end and corner to corner, Cloutier points fingers and accepts no responsibility. "We have your money, thanks for stopping by, buh bye."

Worked with a representative to buy tile for my backsplash. Sent pictures and had several conversations about what was needed and after everything, they spent my money on unnecessary trim and refused to take it back blaming that the supplier doesn't allow returns. All this after specifically asking if they allowed returns and was told yes with a restocking fee of 25% When picking up the tile they blamed the issue on my representative and refused any responsibility telling me I was stuck with supplies I didn't need. Garbage customer service. Spend your money elsewhere.

The personal service I received was top notch and unexpected. They took the time I needed to make great decisions. Awesome!
